My track record includes more than a decade at the New York Philharmonic, where I pioneered approaches that led to record growth, lowered the average audience age by ten years, and helped lead through multiple eras of innovation and change. I also led a brand transformation at Miami City Ballet that earned national attention and repositioned the company within its city’s cultural conversation.

I have long applied data-informed approaches to this work and continue integrating AI-augmented thinking where it meaningfully strengthens strategy, insight, and decision-making.
